The ground floor maisonette consists of 2 bedrooms. One bedrooms is with 3 single beds the other bedroom has 2 single beds each. One may also find a foldable bed to be used when needed. This maisonette has 2 bathrooms with shower , an open plan kitchen, living and dining room and a separate large living area. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker and gas hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and multi-purpose electric oven. It also has a TV, DVD player, telephone line, washing machine and ironing facilities.
