Our unique 10 bedroomed Bed & Breakfast is set in the picturesque village of Xewkija which is situated between Għajnsielem and the capital city, Victoria. Xewkija is the oldest village in Gozo. and it is famous for its church, The Rotunda of Xewkija, which is dedicated to St. John the Baptist. Our Bed & Breakfast enjoys the spectacular view of this church from the pool area and room balconies. From the front rooms one can enjoy the country view as well as the Citadel in Victoria which is at just 20min walk from our B&B.
Gozo Charm is ideal for couples as well as for families as we have double rooms, triple rooms as well as quad rooms. All rooms have a shower or bath ensuite, aircondition, flat screen TV, frigo bar and tea and coffee facilities.

- Appeal to your target audience. For example, if you’ve got a two-bedroom cottage that’s perfect for couples, talk about how romantic your place is and why.
- Focus on the type of holiday you’re offering. For example, if yRou’ve got a ski chalet in the Alps, make sure your description mentions some of the skiing facilities (without going into too much detail).
- Say a little about the location. If you’ve got beautiful beaches nearby, mention these. Attractions such as theme parks, museums and restaurants are also worth including.
- Be checked for spelling and grammar. If travellers can see that you’ve taken care with your advert, they’ll be more confident that you’ll take good care of their holiday too.
- Include a detailed description of the layout of the house and room dimensions. It’s important to remember that you’re not selling your house, you’re selling a holiday.
